Cancellation Policy

Booking Policy Thank you for choosing to work with Kent D. Ballard, Jr. To provide the best service possible, please review the following booking policies for one-on-one sessions, group sessions, speaking engagements, and consultations. One-on-One Sessions - Must be booked 48 hours in advance. - Full payment is required at booking. - Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours ahead for a full refund or credit. - No-shows and late cancellations are non-refundable. Group Sessions - Book at least 7 days in advance. - 50% non-refundable deposit required. - Final payment is due 24 hours before the session. - Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours ahead. Deposit forfeited if canceled late. Online Classes - Full payment is required at registration. - No refunds after class materials or links are sent. - Rescheduling is only allowed if the class is live and spots are available. - Missed classes are non-refundable but may qualify for credit if replay access is offered. Speaking Engagements - Book at least 2 weeks in advance. - 50% deposit and signed agreement required. - Balance due day of the event. - Cancel at least 7 days ahead to apply the deposit to a future date. - Travel/lodging must be included if needed. Consultations - Book 24 hours in advance. - Full payment due at booking unless complimentary. - Cancel or reschedule with at least 12 hours’ notice. General Policies - 10-minute grace period for late arrivals; time not extended. - No-shows are non-refundable. - All changes must be requested by email or booking platform. - Emergencies handled with understanding and flexibility.
